Our area experienced a three day power outage and our basement flooded and after clearing the water, I called a local business regarding mold remediation and they said the first step would be to have an inspection and they referred me to Jack of Inspections Plus. Purchasing our first office and warehouse was a large financial undertaking
and our concerns were many. We contracted with Inspections Plus ( a hand shake ) to inspect the structure. Jack asked that the owners, property manager and ourselves to accompany him on the inspection. Everything from the roof to the foundation and all the interior was inspected in great detail and reported on as such. The items that needed corrected were agreed upon and once they were repaired Jack reinspected them prior to closing to insure they were properly done. I am so glad I hired you to do the inspection for my new summer home. The house was built in 1920 so I was very concerned that there would be several issues or problems.
